1. Shipping Days: We only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This policy is implemented to avoid any potential weekend delays that may cause our frozen products to stay in transit or warehousing facilities.

2. Frozen Product Assurance: Our frozen products are carefully packaged in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice  to maintain their quality during transit. Shipping within these specific days helps guarantee that your order arrives promptly and maintains its frozen state.

3. Order Processing Time: Orders placed after 5pm eastern time will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day.

4. Delivery Timeframes: Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping carriers' estimated delivery timelines for more accurate information.

5. Summer or Peak Seasons: During warmer months or peak seasons, additional precautions might be taken to ensure the integrity of your frozen products. This could include expedited shipping or additional packaging materials. Information regarding any seasonal adjustments will be communicated clearly at the time of your purchase.
